Taneco Inc. Return and Refund Policy
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING RETURNS: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of any opened, unsealed, or used items under any circumstances. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All products must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging to be eligible for return. Due to the nature of these products and for health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of any item that has been opened, used, or removed from its original sealed packaging, for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be (i) in the same condition that you received it; (ii) unused and opened; (iii)in its original sealed packaging with all seals intact, and (iv) accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Items that have been opened, used, or whose packaging seals have been broken or tampered with are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Any needle, cartridge, or sharp that has been removed from its original sealed packaging, regardless of whether it has been.

Any item that shows signs of use, installation, or handling beyond inspection.

Sale items and gift cars.
We do not accept returns of any item that poses a biohazard risk. Used sharps and needles must be disposed of in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing sharps disposal. We are not responsible for improper disposal of any products purchased from us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this policy limits your rights in connection with any mandatory product recall or safety alert issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or other applicable regulatory authority.
